Chemical Earth Records

A record label based out of Brandon, MS

Argiflex: Leaving

Posted by chemicalearth on June 2, 2010

Hey everyone. I’m going to be leaving Chemical Earth, since I believe that this record label is more suitied towards Brandon MS area acts in the vein of rock/indie/folk/metal music, instead of ambient techno. I think this may better suit the label. I’ll still be doing a lot of stuff under this label. We have TONS in the process of being created, AND I learned how to record better! I’ll still do stuff on here, just not under the name of Argiflex
Thanks!

Argiflex – Subspace Stabalizer EP – FREE DOWNLOAD!

Posted by chemicalearth on January 1, 2010

The Subspace Stabalizer EP is a demonstration of what I am capable of doing live. Except for the drums and one bassline, it is all improvised.

I’m now open for booking. Contact me at curtis.lehr (at sign) gmail.com
I can also do the same things online, and I have my own stream.

Argiflex – 8367 Solarii is now out!

Posted by chemicalearth on September 30, 2009

IMG_8495

This is the new album! It comes in a clear slimline jewel case, a 2-panel insert on cardstock, and 50 minutes of music on a lightscribed disc. THis album is taking a hard turn from the silly music Argiflex normally puts out to more space-ey dancable music heavily influenced by science fiction. The CD will be $5 through (preferably) mail order, or the online store (link at the end of the post)

Moving Forward.

Posted by chemicalearth on September 20, 2009

Ok, so Chemical Earth has been here for a good little while now, and we have agreed that it is time to take things to kind of a new level. We will be progressing forward, trying to reach out and advertise a lot more.

We can support bands if you are willing to work with us. You will need to e-mail us at the chemical earth website and we will need to meet with you. We have a recording studio setup but we’ll need to listen to you first. Don’t be afraid to ask.

We are getting our name out there. We will be updating the site a lot more and we’ll put up some new pics and whatnot for you guys.

Stay with us!!
-Matt
